Mr. Glenn Hardman is a member of the Roedel Companies Management Team and President of RGH Hospitality. The Management Team is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic and annual company plans. In addition, as President of RGH Hospitality, a subsidiary of Roedel Companies, Mr. Hardman is accountable for developing and executing an annual business plan that maximizes free cash flow and return on investment for owners and investors.

Mr. Hardman maximizes free cash flow and return on investment by developing high performing hotel teams focused on free cash flow from operations. The teams establish performance standards in the following Key Result Areas: revenue production, free cash flow and expense control, guest service, first class condition, and asset protection.

Mr. Hardman started his career with Chalet Susse International as Regional Operations Manager. Prior to leaving Chalet Susse International, Glenn attained the position of Operating Vice President responsible for the operating performance of 20 Susse Chalet hotels throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic. Mr. Hardman’s expertise includes hotel operations, hotel sales and revenue management, and developing performance-driven organizations.

Mr. Hardman received his Masters of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics. He serves on the UNH International Hospitality Advisory board and lives in Exeter, NH.
