Scott Nadel is Chief Operating Officer of DMC Hotels. He has served as a director since 2007 and is a 20-year hotel industry veteran with in-depth experience with branded hotel affiliations, independent resorts, and food and beverage operations. Mr. Nadel is a second generation hotelier who combines old world values with progressive business strategies.

Mr. Nadel is responsible for the complete oversight of Dhillon Management Group and its hotel operations, the company's strategic objectives, asset capitalization and partnership relations.

During his tenure as COO of DMC Hotels he has directed the daily operational activities of the company’s corporate and regional offices. He has taken the lead role in developing strategies, policies and procedures for the corporation. He has maximized the corporation’s revenues of the DMC properties. He has also overseen the implementation of marketing plans, sales strategies, budgets and forecasts at the corporate, regional and business levels. His key responsibilities have included the achievement of revenue and profitability goals, staffing and development of overall product and service quality.

In his capacity as COO of DMC Hotels, Mr. Nadel presides over the design and construction needs of the organization. He recently managed the Conversion of the Best Western in Elko, Nevada.

Prior to joining the DMC Hotel corporation, Mr. Nadel had a career spanning more than 20 years with several other hotel groups. He also served as Regional Manager, And General Manager in several brands such as La Quinta Inn, Hampton Inn and Suites, Park Inn and Suites by Carlson, Villa Royale Inn, Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Residence Inn by Marriott, and the Sun Ridge Resort.
