Mr. Bob Winding

Bob has 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience, and a successful track record of account and territory development, as well as a reputation for consistently delivering sales in excess of goals.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984, Bob went to work for Quad/Graphics, which is now the largest privately-held printing company in the world. Bob opened the Minneapolis sales office for Quad/Graphics in 1990 and grew it to be a team of eight people with sales of $175,000,000 in less than 10 years.

In 2000, Bob was recruited to be Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The John Roberts Company, a large commercial printing company in Minneapolis. Bob helped The John Roberts Company redesign all of their corporate collateral and build a state-of-the-art Web site for a fraction of the cost of previous efforts. Additionally, Bob developed an in-house sales training program that maximized sales team effectiveness and developed customer workshops and newsletters that positioned John Roberts as a leader in the industry.

Bob has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys the excitement and fast pace of a start-up company. In addition to his sales and general manager responsibilities, Bob serves on the board of directors for Children’s Cancer Research Fund. He and his wife have three children.
