Mr. Paul Chiu Paul Chiu is a Partner in the Accenture Transportation and Travel Services practice. Since joining the company in 1985, he has focused primarily in the delivery of large change programs for freight transportation and travel industry clients. This includes management of large scale, multi-location, multi-national rollout of technology and process solutions. In addition, Mr. Chiu has deep experience in IT strategy formulation, business case development and process re-engineering. In the lodging and hospitality sector, Paul often leads customer service, ecommerce and back-office consolidation projects. For an international parcel delivery client, Paul led major technology programs that drove international expansion and re-engineering of IT functions. The solution, deployed in more than 200 countries and 500 locations, included technology design and delivery, process engineering, change management and program management for a 3,000 person IT organization with an annual budget of more than $1 billion. Paul has an MBA and a BA from the University of Michigan. He is based in Palo Alto, CA.
