Fred B. Roedel, III is a Partner and Managing Member of Roedel Companies, LLC jointly responsible with David Roedel for overseeing the development of the Company and its subsidiaries. During their six years in business, one of the subsidiary entities formed is ROK Builders, LLC, the Design & Construction Management arm of Roedel Companies, LLC. Fred Roedel is the President of ROK Builders and serves as the leader of the Business Planning Team for Roedel Companies.
ROK Builders, Inc. specializes in hotel design and construction. In 2004 ROK completed construction of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Auburn, MA and in May 2006, completed the Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester, NH, both hotels for Roedel Companies. In late 2005, ROK Builders began providing design and construction management services to independent third parties. Over the past two years ROK has completed renovation projects at fifteen corporately owned LaQuinta Hotel properties from Maine through Virginia. ROK is also developing a new Hampton Inn and Suites for an independent investment group in New Hampshire.
Prior to Roedel Companies, Mr. Roedel was a Partner in a private Investment Banking firm that specialized in the placement of private debt and equity. The firm, Currier Capital Corporation, placed more than $3.0 billion for its clients during the ten-year period Mr. Roedel was with the firm.
Mr. Roedel received his Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management in 1990 and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Norwich University in 1985.
