. October 14, 2008

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 18, 2006. Sales will begin on October 18, 2006 for seventy-six exclusive luxury homes: The Waldorf=Astoria Residences(TM), in Las Vegas. These richly detailed and spacious homes will be the first purely residential project to carry the legendary Waldorf=Astoria(R) insignia, a new name in residential living. The residences will occupy the top 10 floors of the soon-to-be built, art-deco-style Conrad(R) Las Vegas, an $825-million, mixed-use project under development by Lorenzo Doumani and his Las Vegas-based Majestic Resorts, located on Las Vegas Boulevard (the Strip) in the fastest growing city in the U.S. While luminaries such as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Cole Porter and Frank Sinatra have resided at the historic Waldorf=Astoria in New York, this is the first time anyone will be able to own a Waldorf=Astoria Residence.

The Waldorf=Astoria Residences will redefine and set new standards for luxury living. They will have a discreet separate residents' entrance and lobby, 24/7 concierge services, private elevators to whisk owners to their homes high above the Las Vegas strip, complimentary limousine service and the legendary comfort and personal attention for which The Waldorf=Astoria is famous. Residents will have exclusive access to Club Waldorf=Astoria, which will feature a piano lounge, a library, a screening room, a cigar bar and a wine cellar. The 2,000- to 5,000-square-foot residences and penthouses will feature designer kitchens and baths, 10-foot-high ceilings, expansive private balconies, multi-directional views and fireplaces. Priced from $2.8 million to $10 million, they are being offered exclusively through Christies Great Estates.

In addition to The Waldorf=Astoria Residences, the striking 654-foot-tall tower designed by Paul Steelman will include the Conrad Las Vegas Hotel, which will consist of 216 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suites on floors 11 - 20 and 696 luxurious Conrad condominium hotel residences averaging 800 square feet on floors 21-49. Owners of the hotel condominiums will have the option of participating in the voluntary hotel rental program. The Conrad condominium hotel residences, which go on sale November 1, 2006 at prices that range from the mid-$600,000's to over $1 Million, will be the premier residence option for jet setters seeking a luxury pied-`a-terre in Las Vegas.

The Waldorf=Astoria Residences will enjoy the amenities and services of the Conrad Las Vegas, which will consist of a world-class 27,000-square-foot spa and health club; a two-and-a-half acre tri-level infinity pool with whirlpools, cabanas and views of surrounding mountains; three signature restaurants; a night club; a lounge, and 56,000 square feet of retail shops and boutiques. A business center with private business suites, secretarial support, conference rooms and wireless Internet access will be available to all hotel guests and complimentary for The Waldorf=Astoria Residences and the Conrad condominium Hotel residences owners.

'Our goal is to offer only the absolute finest residential living not only in Las Vegas but in the world,' said Lorenzo Doumani, CEO, Majestic Resorts. 'Everything in these amazing residences and condominiums will be of the highest quality, offering top-of-world views and the services and amenities one would expect from the brands synonymous with luxury: The Waldorf=Astoria and Conrad Hotels.'

'We are delighted to work with Majestic Resorts in the realization of such an outstanding project,' said David Greydanus, Senior Vice President - Brand Management for The Waldorf=Astoria Collection. 'We believe these new residences, our first pure residential offering, is a perfect brand extension for the Waldorf=Astoria Collection of hotels and will set a new standard for its luxury offerings and its outstanding features. This new level of residential living fits into our worldwide expansion plans for global hotel and residential offerings and complements our new Waldorf=Astoria Collection brand announced earlier this year.'

The development is slated to open in 2009.
