Remington SVP Appointed to NACHO Board

DALLAS, TX, October 30, 2006. Robert Haiman, Senior Vice President of Remington and a leader in the condo hotel industry, has been appointed to the inaugural Board of Directors of the National Association of Condo Hotel Owners (NACHO). The founding Board is comprised of 12 members including industry leaders, developers, managers, legal professionals, owners, brokers and media.

"His real estate background paired with his leadership and expertise in the condo hotel market brings valuable knowledge to our Board and supports our mission."

Haiman joined Remington in 2004 as General Counsel, and was responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of new business development, hotel acquisitions and dispositions, loan originations and refinancings, franchising matters and litigation. He swiftly rose to his current position as Senior Vice President in June 2005 and is currently directing Remington's initiatives to design, develop, build and operate hotel condo properties throughout the U.S. and beyond.

The National Association of Condo Hotel Owners is a non-profit trade association, representing the entire life cycle of the condo hotel segment from interested individuals and buyers, developers, supporting trades, and individual unit owners. NACHO is sponsored in partnership with the industry and individual owners to enable sustainable development and the long-term success of the entire segment.
