HTH Picks Outrigger to Manage Flagship Hawaii Hotel

HONOLULU, HI, October 28, 2006. HTH Corporation announced today it has selected an Outrigger Enterprises Group affiliate to manage its 837-room flagship Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki, scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2007.

"We have chosen Outrigger Enterprises Group because it is a good fit for us," said Ms Corine Hayashi, HTH Corporation President and CEO. "My father, Herbert T. Hayashi, and Outrigger's founder, Roy Kelley, were visionaries in the development of the state's hospitality industry and now we have joined together to make the Pacific Beach Hotel even more successful. Pacific Beach Hotel employees will be hired under our new management agreement."
