'Bowtie Bert' is Bound for Boston and PATA Chapters AGM
OCTOBER 28, 2006. PATA Education & Training Committee member, Mr Bert "Bowtie" Van Walbeek, will be conducting his renowned Crisis Management Seminar, "For Crisis Sake" at the PATA Americas Chapters AGM on November 16-18, at the Hyatt Harborside in Boston. The seminar is open to chapter leaders and registered delegates representing the region's 12 compliant chapters.
Agenda highlights include presentations from PATA members, The Boston Globe/MSE Management, Tourism Massachusetts, Vanuatu Tourist Office, and Korea Tourism Organisation. The Closing Dinner is co-hosted by Air India and India Tourism.
PATA Regional Director-North America, Mr Jim Ferguson will deliver a "PATA - State of Play" address. Speakers from ASTA, NTA, and the Travel Institute, in addition to chapter panels, round out the agenda. AGM host chair, Mr Shiv Kapuria, PATA New England Chapter Chairman, said he looks forward to welcoming delegates to Boston."
Registration is US$100, and will be refunded to any delegate signing up for PATA membership during the AGM.
