Bradley Housel Appoints Director of Marketing and Sales

NOVEMBER 27, 2006. Gayle Elliott has been appointed Director of Marketing and Sales for the distinguished historic hotel, Bradley House Hotel, Palm Beach, Florida, as recently announced by Richard Kron, General Manager.

"I am pleased to welcome Gayle to the Bradley House Hotel" stated Mr. Kron. We conducted a very extensive search to find just the right person for this important position. I wanted someone who would really appreciate the unique historic nature of our Palm Beach hotel and one that also possessed the skills and experience to market the property effectively. Our company strongly believes that her extensive hospitality and sales background, as well as her endless energy level, will help the Bradley House Hotel become a major force in the Palm Beach hotel market.

Ms. Elliott, prior to joining the Bradley House Hotel, operated a company specializing in exhibits and displays for the trade show industry, Exhibit Effects, Inc. Prior, she was marketing director of the Palm Beach Airport Hilton in West Palm Beach, Florida, and her experience encompasses working for Servico Hotels and Resorts, in Raleigh and then in West Palm Beach, both times in regional positions with responsibility for developing sales for several hotels in their repertoire. Her background also includes marketing and sales positions with the Radisson in Washington, DC, a boutique hotel; the Macon Hilton, a large convention hotel in Macon, Georgia; Sheraton at the Pentagon, a convention and meetings hotel, Washington, DC. and the Colony Surf Hotel, an upscale boutique hotel, Honolulu, Hawaii. She also was a western regional director, headquartered in Los Angeles, with Trusthouse Forte Hotels of London, England. She began her hotel career in Baltimore, Maryland, with American Motor Inns.

Elliott is a resident of Boca Raton, Florida, and has a family in Orlando, Florida. Her interests are antiques, golf, and entertaining. She holds a Florida Realtor's license with CIPS and TRC designations.

The Bradley House Hotel has a very illustrious background. It dates from 1927 and soon will be celebrating its 80th birthday. It's former name, the Bradley House, was recently changed to the Bradley House Hotel as it is fully-operated as a hotel and is on the Register of Historic Places. It is centrally located on the island of Palm beach, the world renowned playground for the rich and famous. The hotel was built by Colonel E. R. Bradley. Bradley House Hotel is an all-suite hotel, having 32 oversized units all with complete gourmet kitchens. The suites are beautifully and luxuriously decorated in traditional style with mahogany Queen Anne furniture, rich appointments, and hardwood floors. The two penthouses on the top floor are expansive with as much as over 1200 square feet each.

The hotel offers an elegant, old-world style in the manner of a Mediterranean villa with its large courtyard and beautiful fountain. It is located only two blocks from the beach at the Atlantic ocean to the north and one block to the Intracoastal to the south. Many golf and tennis courses are near by.
