The restaurant Barlotti exudes a Dolce Vita atmosphere that is also featured in this eponymous compilation. This first volume creates a mosaic of atmospheres that only Italian movie scenes could illustrate.

The Barlotti album is made of an elegantly programmed mix of pop and mythical tunes - a chic combination with unerring taste revolving around the theme of seduction that will not miss to please esthetes and dilettantes fond of the Bellini cocktail.

A chic and Lounge atmosphere reigns in this first opus with an intimate musical selection imbued with Italian-styled seduction and elegance. A release reminding us that luxury lies in authenticity. In Barlotti, the desire to unearth lost gems is highlighted in "Glamour Girl" from Louie Austen. The melody in "Tous les Jours" from Saint Privat contributes to make this first installment a musical equivalent to the Italian lifestyle. A refined and hip compilation, perfect to while away Spring days before Summer.

Fond of music since he was a child, DJ Kolsey quickly realized that being a musician was a vocation. He has learned to master turntables with his brother, also a DJ, in his recording studio in Paris.

Very soon, mixing, mastering and musical composition had no secret to him. His musical signature led him to play in the trendiest clubs worldwide thus becoming a famous DJ. He started travelling around the world but he has always nurtured a special connection to Italy and La Dolce Vita. Then Kolsey was chosen to be one of the resident DJ’s in Buddha-Bar Paris enabling him to hone his DJ skills next to renowned DJ Ravin. His Buddha-Bar experience and his passion for Italy have allowed him to become the perfect sound designer to create the soundtrack of this new Barlotti compilation.

Hotel Human Resources: The Biggest Challenges
The economic challenges of the past four years have led many hotel companies to re-examine the ways in which they do business and how they deploy talent. In many cases, the work did not go away and fewer people were left to carry on the tasks that had previously been shared among many. As we work our way out of the recession and look forward to a healthier economic environment, there is an understanding that despite recovering business levels, we may never see the return of former staffing levels. This "new norm" of operating with leaner teams has led Human Resources professionals and people managers to look at career development and growth opportunities in a new light. The March Hotel Business Review will take a look at some of the strategies being used by successful hotel brands, and techniques human resource directors are currently exploring.
