Sand Companies Takes Over Mgmt of Country Inn & Suites Rochester South

January 3, 2012 - Sand Companies, Inc. has announced it will take over the management of the Country Inn & Suites Rochester South.. Located near U.S. Highways 63 and 52, the hotel has 104 rooms and is minutes away from the Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester. The new management will begin renovations soon to provide a higher quality experience for guests, and will also be hiring additional sales staff to take better care of their clients and greater community involvement.

Sand Companies, Inc. currently manages 22 hotels across ten states.
