Centerstone Adds Two Hotels

Windermere, FL – January 4, 2012 - Vimana Franchise Systems LLC is off to a roaring start in 2012 with the additions of 2 hotels to their Centerstone brand.

A 109-room property located at 11845 Jefferson Ave in Newport News, VA has been converted to a Centerstone Inn. Owners Vishal and Aimee Amin are excited about joining the Centerstone family.

“Centerstone offers the best possible franchise agreement out there and that made our choice very simple. They also offer some different and unique programs that we haven’t seen before and we felt would be beneficial to us,” said Vishal Amin, Owner.

Centerstone is also proud to be gaining another property in Tuscaloosa, AL. The new 59-room Centerstone Inn located at 4700 Doris Pate Drive features free breakfast and an outdoor pool.

Benjamin Koopman, Managing Agent of the Centerstone Inn in Tuscaloosa, AL said, “We were looking for something different. We had researched several franchise companies out there but kept coming back to Vimana Franchise Systems. The Centerstone brand fit our needs exactly and we couldn’t be happier. CEO Steve Belmonte and President Neal Jackson are a recipe for success and we are excited to be apart of it.”

Beginning immediately, all signature programs and services offered by Centerstone Hotels will be available to guests at the Centerstone Inns in Newport News and Tuscaloosa. Guests will be guaranteed a fresh and clean room with Centerstone’s Certified Clean Room program, which includes a certificate on each guestroom bed complete with the phone number of the general manager. Start Your Day With a Smile program provides guests with a joke under their door each morning and at check out all guests will receive an aventurine stone, symbolizing good luck.

“The forecast for Centerstone Hotels is looking fantastic for 2012. You can expect to hear a lot more about us this year. We have several deals in the pipeline and lots of great properties we are looking to add in the near future,” said Steven Belmonte, CEO.
