Mumford Company Builds Transaction Momentum in Last Quarter of 2011

incIluding the Masters Inn Doraville, Georgia

Newport News, VA - January 10, 2012 - Mumford Company was pleased to once again represent Supertel Hospitality in the sale of the Masters Inn located in the Atlanta suburb of Doraville to Shree Bhole Nath, LLC. This is the 39th hotel that Mumford Company has sold on behalf of Supertel Hospitality.

The buyers plan to make cosmetic renovations to the hotel and operate on a near term basis as a Masters Inn.

Situated less than 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, the 89 room Masters Inn is located less than 1 mile from the I-85/I-285 Interchange as well as DeKalb-Peachtree airport. The property enjoys demand generators from the nearby Universities, Stone Mountain Park, and draw from the Atlanta area attractions.

David Mumford and Justin Pinkard with the company’s Newport News office and Steve Kirby and Burton Brooks with the firm’s Atlanta office advised the seller in the structuring of the deal.
