Sereno Group Appoints New GM as It Embarks on Second Project in Lake Como

Christian Langlade Announced as General Manager of Le Sereno St. Barth’s. Current General Manger Javier Vila to Continue Working With The Group Overseeing New Le Sereno, Lake Como

New York, New York - January 12, 2012 -nThe Sereno Group, owner and operator of Le Sereno and Le Sereno Villas in St. Barth and soon, Le Sereno, Lake Como in Italy, is pleased to announce the appointment of **Christian Langlade8* as the new general manager for Le Sereno St. Barth’s. Mr. Langlade begins in his new role effective January 2012. Javier Vila, Le Sereno St Barth’s current general manager will continue working with the group overseeing hotel operations and preparing for the opening of the Lake Como location in 2013.

Langlade brings to his position extensive experience in exclusive, ultra-luxury hotel operations. Most recently he served as general manager of the Hotel Christopher in St. Barth’s and before that he was manager and director of projects at Sandy Lane in Barbados for four years. Before moving to the Caribbean Mr. Langlade worked with Kempinski in Istanbul, La Reserve in Geneva and Orient Express Hotels.

Langlade holds a degree in Hotel Management from the Paris Hotel School. Joining Langlade at Le Sereno St. Barth is his wife, Sandrine Langlade, who will serve as Lodging Manager and will be active in new client development in Europe, North and South America and expanding marketing efforts.
