The Very First New Generation ibis, ibis Bata Opens in Equatorial Guinea

January 12, 2012 - The very first new generation ibis banners are currently being installed. The ibis Bata has just opened in Equatorial Guinea’s second largest city, kicking off the massive roll-out of the new generation ibis family hotels in 2012.

The ibis Bata has 120 rooms and is the brand’s second hotel in the country. This establishment is strategically located just a few minutes from the airport and aims to cater for increasing demand from travelers for high-quality comfort and services and excellent value for money. The hotel features all the brand’s standards (Internet connection and public areas), as well as an “Oopen” restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace bar with a panoramic view.

This is a new select address for the brand, which will continue its dynamic expansion this year, equipping the entire network with the new banners and signage and implementing a plan to modernize the hotels and improve bedding comfort.

14 hotels in the new ibis family are already equipped with the new banners: two ibis hotels (Bata, Evry), six ibis Styles hotels (Evry Cathedrale, Berlin An Der Oper, Leipzig Aiport, Berlin City Ost, Zaragosa Ramiro I, Arnedo La Rioja), and six ibis budget hotels (Viry Chatillon, Grenoble Voreppe, Grenoble Seyssins, Königswinter, Tanger, Leysin).

Each author presents the most important aspects of sustainable development of much interest to hotel owners, operators, investors and developers.
