Langham Signs Management Agreement for 330-room Langham Place, Xiamen

Opening in China in Late 2012

January 13, 2012 - International luxury hotel operator, Langham Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement with Xiamen Huiguangyuan Langham Place Hotel Management Co Ltd for Langham Place, Xiamen which is set to open in late 2012.

Featuring 330 modern guestrooms and stunning suites, Langham Place, Xiamen is nestled in the heart of the business hub of the city. It will also offer extensive meeting spaces. These include the Star Room on the 22nd floor overlooking the city, a grand ballroom, and extensive flexible meeting facilities with breakout areas.

The property will feature Langham Place’s signature elements. These include the unique Portal – Work & Play where guests can work and play in the same space and the Club L lounge with areas to “Relax, Refuel and Replay”. Guests will also be able to enjoy Chuan Spa with its signature treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and a state-of-the-art fitness centre as part of the wellness experience. Dining experiences will include the signature Cantonese Ming Court based on its two Michelin Star counterpart in Hong Kong, an intimate speciality restaurant with open kitchens and outdoor dining and The Place, the group’s popular all-day dining concept.
