FairBridge Hotels Building Momentum - Adds Three More Properties

Spokane, Washington - January 12, 2012 - FairBridge Hotels International, a hospitality firm based in downtown Spokane, WA announced today the addition of three more properties to the FairBridge family. FairBridge Inn Express, the mid-scale limited-service flex concept brand in the FairBridge family, has added a property in Albert Lea, Minnesota, formerly the Super Inn. The FairBridge Hotel Executive Plaza in Wheeling, Il, represents the interior corridor upscale brand, with a conference center and restaurant onsite, and offers banquet services, and wedding and golf packages. Dumont Inn, the exterior corridor economy segment limited-service line in Sacramento, CA., was previously the Vagabond Inn, and is conveniently and centrally located near Old Town Sacramento, and many local attractions in the historic area.

About FairBridge Hotels International

FairBridge Hotels brand offers a customized model and flex-concept approach as an alternative to the traditional franchise method by allowing operators to join a membership organization that offers the affiliate members a unique, vibrant, and dynamic brand identity with complete back-end operational support without having to assume any of the complex burdens of hotel franchise relationships. FairBridge offers the flex-concept membership-based affiliation, a flat-rate fee system “that operators prefer over the traditional outdated and expensive franchise model,” says Fredrick Schoener, Director of Brand Operations. Currently there are 15 FairBridge sites in the U.S. with almost 20 more in the pipeline scheduled to open in late 2011 and early 2012. The FairBridge brand includes luxury, residential, and mid-scale properties, while the Loyalty and Dumont brands were created to round out the economy segment and the mid-scale, limited-service line.

The complete suite of offerings from FairBridge spans across all major hospitality industry segments. For more information about FairBridge Hotels International, go to www.fairbridgeinns.com/membership/.
