Alliance Hospitality to Manage the 156-suite Comfort Suites Atlanta Downtown

Raleigh, NC - January 19, 2012 - Alliance Hospitality, (AllianceHospitality.com) a leading hospitality management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has been chosen to manage the 156-suite Comfort Suites Atlanta Downtown Convention Center located in downtown Atlanta. The hotel opened in January 2011 after an extensive renovation of the historic building and conversion for use as a hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Atlanta near Philips Arena, the World of Coca Cola Museum, the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and Georgia State University. The Georgia World Congress Center is less than a mile from this downtown Atlanta hotel. Guests of the hotel will enjoy the included amenities of free breakfast, free high-speed internet, an on-site business center, extensive workout and fitness center, and the two banquet and meeting rooms with modern teleconferencing and presentation equipment.

All 156 rooms in the hotel are spacious two-room suites with two flat-screen televisions, refrigerators, microwaves, wet-bars, pillow-top mattresses, luxurious bathrooms, and sitting rooms with pull-out sofa sleepers. Upgraded suites with whirlpool tubs and DVD players are available in the hotel. Complimentary area shuttle service is provided upon request for guests of the hotel.
