Towne Park and Gaylord Hotels Extend Partnership

ANNAPOLIS, MD – January 24, 2012 – Towne Park, America’s premier provider of valet parking, parking management and hospitality staffing services, and Gaylord Hotels, a collection of four upscale resorts, officially announce that Towne Park will continue as the exclusive parking operator for all Gaylord Hotels properties, providing guests with the exceptional arrival and departure experience they have come to expect from Towne Park and Gaylord.

The two hospitality leaders have agreed to an extension of their partnership through 2017, ensuring Towne Park and Gaylord Hotels will celebrate their 15th year anniversary, dating back to 1999 when Towne Park began operations at the Gaylord Opryland, Gaylord’s sole property at the time.

“Towne Park and Gaylord have both experienced tremendous growth over the length of our relationship. I have always cherished our relationship with Gaylord Hotels, and am incredibly excited and honored to continue our alliance into the future,” said Towne Park CEO Jerry South.

“Gaylord Hotels has built a reputation on delivering flawless service to our customers, and we know that first and last impressions can have a large impact on the overall guest experience” said David Kloeppel, president and COO for Gaylord Entertainment. “Our long-standing partnership with Towne Park bears testament to their commitment to excellence and upholding our company values.”
