Real Hospitality Group Opening the Holiday Inn Midtown Manhattan

New York City's First New Hotel Opening for 2012, owned by Chesapeake Lodging Trust

Ocean City, MD - January 24, 2011 - Executives at Real Hospitality Group (RHG) announced today they have opened the new 122 room Holiday Inn at 30 West 31st Street in Midtown Manhattan. This is the company’s first new opening of the year and the first new hotel opening in Manhattan of 2012. The hotel is operated under license from Intercontinental Hotels Group and is owned by Chesapeake Lodging Trust.

The Holiday Inn Midtown is located between Broadway and Fifth Avenue, a convenient location to access the best of the city’s shopping and dining.
