Anthony Tricase Named VP of Customer Satisfaction of The Service Companies

North America’s Leading Heart of the House Hospitality Management Firm

Miami Lakes, FL - January 25, 2012 - Anthony Tricase, has been promoted to vice president of customer satisfaction of The Service Companies, the leading one-stop-shop for heart of the house hospitality management in the hotel, casino and vacation ownership industries. Based out of Las Vegas, Tricase’s initial focus will be on delivering results to TSC’s largest gaming client. Tricase will report directly to Mike Rosenow, Senior Vice President of Human Resources. His appointment is effective immediately.

“This new position will focus on delivering continued improvement in quality of our customers’ properties on a year over year and quarter over quarter basis,” stated Rosenow. “The creation of this position strengthens TSC’s guarantee to maintain or improve its clients' quality assurance scores, which we’ve successfully done throughout its 25 years in business.”

Prior to joining TSC, Tricase spent over 15 years with Caesars Entertainment where he has held positions ranging from Executive Associate and Regional President, Director of Customer Service to Director of Domestic and Asian Casino Marketing. Tricase holds a degree in Marketing from East Carolina University.
