ROK Builders Announce Projects In Portsmouth & Andover

Organization will oversee major upgrades to Sheraton Harborside Hotel & SpringHill Suites by Marriot

WILTON, NH – ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been retained to remodel and update facilities at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth, NH and SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover, MA. The jobs will be completed in phases to reduce any disruptions to guests.

The Sheraton Harborside Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, is a popular choice for visitors in the area due to its close proximity to Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth and the Maine border. ROK Builders will incorporate Sheraton Hotels and Resorts’ updated brand standards throughout the property and oversee a complete makeover of the lobby. In addition, ROK Builders will renovate all public restrooms to better serve hotel guests.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover is located 25 miles north of Boston and is a frequent destination for guests visiting the area. ROK Builders will upgrade the entire interior including the lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces.

“This is an exceptional opportunity to renovate two major hotel brands in their respective markets,” explained Fred B. Roedel III, President of ROK Builders and Partner of Roedel Companies. “Our project teams have been working closely with Sheraton and Marriot management to ensure these projects are conducted in the most efficient manner while maintaining ROK Builder’s high standards.”
