Souris Valley Suites in Minot, North Dakota Adding 46 Suites to Current 89

Owned by Bakken Hospitality and Managed by Dora Hospitality

Minot North Dakota - February 7, 2012 - The Souris Valley Suites of Minot, ND officially opened for business on July 11, 2011 and expansion began less than one month later. The Souris Valley Suites currently has 89 extended stay suites all with a two burner cooktop, full size refrigerators, dishwashers and all of the cooking and eating utensils necessary. The expansion will include an additional 46 suites and one meeting room. Crews have already completed ground work and framing. Teams have now moved inside to work on plumbing, electrical, and drywall.

Completion of the addition is expected in June of 2012. Real Builders Inc. of Minot has again come on board as the General Contractor. “Real Builders Inc. put their heart and soul into the original construction and we are extremely happy to have them on board for our expansion,” states Terry Alexander, General Manager.
