Northern Quest Resort & Casino Appoints Bryan Franz as Executive Chef

SPOKANE, WA - February 15, 2012 - Northern Quest Resort & Casino, a 250-room AAA Four Diamond luxury property in Spokane, Washington, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan Franz as Executive Chef.

In this position, Chef Franz will lead the culinary team responsible for the 14 dining and banquet facilities at this destination resort. Northern Quest Resort & Casino offers several eateries from casual to fine dining, including Masselow’s, the only AAA Four Diamond restaurant in Eastern Washington. Chef Franz will apply his personal culinary credo to day-to-day operations.

Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Franz served as Executive Chef at Spokane’s legendary Davenport Hotel and Tower prior to this appointment.
