CAM Hospitality Signs Five Agreements

February 21, 2012 - CAM Hospitality Advisors & Management, an industry leader providing full service hotel management and asset management, proudly announces the addition of five contracts for full service hotels and resorts. The management contracts include the newly rebranded DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree, which is undergoing a $16 million renovation; The soon-to-be Luxe Stoneleigh Dallas Hotel & Spa in Dallas, TX, a five-star experience that is an alluring marriage of glamour and historically hip style; and Bishop’s Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, NM, a 450-acre resort providing an award-winning spa among exceptional dining and ranch recreational activities. Asset management agreements that have been awarded to CAM Hospitality include the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center and Sheraton Safari Hotel & Suites, which is undergoing a $25 million reinvention to become Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort.

DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree, the newest and largest Pittsburgh-area Hilton Worldwide property is undergoing an extensive transformation of its 465 rooms to be completed by the end of 2012. The food and beverage offerings will include the new Seasons Restaurant, Champions Club Sports Bar and Bistro Marketplace and more than 40,000 sq. ft. of event and meeting space, making DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree the freshest option for group business and events as well as individual business and leisure travelers.

The upcoming Luxe Stoneleigh Dallas Hotel & Spa, located in the uptown district of Dallas, is a 170-room chic legendary landmark blending its original art deco design with contemporary comforts, amenities and service while boasting a 5,200 sq. ft. full-service luxury spa and fitness center and more than 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The original glamour design has been merged with forward touches of style through a $36 million renovation accompanied by an indulgent artistry of service within its Bolla Restaurant, Bolla Bar and The Spa at Stoneleigh.
