Darrick Eman Appointed New DoSM for Nizuc Resort & Spa

CANCUN, MEXICO - June 23, 2014 - Nizuc Resort & Spa , the flagship property of Las Brisas' elite luxury resort line, has recruited 20-plus year luxury hotel sales and marketing veteran Darrick Eman as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Nizuc brand. Eman, who most recently was the Director of Sales for Orient-Express Hotels Mexico & Caribbean, will focus on establishing Nizuc as the premier choice for luxury travel to the Yucatan Peninsula as the company sets out to grow the brand regionally with new properties under the flagship name. With a long career in various management and sales positions over the course of his 20-year career, Darrick Eman perfectly rounds out the new executive team led by General Manager and career hotelier, Mr. Louis Daniel.

Prior to his career with Orient Express, Darrick Eman has worked with some of the best luxury properties in the world such as One & Only Mauritius, The Dunas Beach Hotel in Spain and the Orient Express Hotels in Peru. The variety of experiences has given Eman a wide and unparalleled understanding and knowledge of the luxury hotel sector. It is with that knowledge he looks to effect change for Nizuc and the Mexican tourism market.
