Fabian Seet Joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group as VP, Sales
Singapore - June 26, 2014 - Pan Pacific Hotels Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Fabian Seet as Vice President, Sales. Fabian will lead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and client management initiatives to drive the performance of the Group's growing number of “Pan Pacific” and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts and serviced suites.
Based at the corporate headquarters in Singapore, Fabian will helm the Group's Global Sales organisation with presence in Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Sydney, New York, San Francisco and London. Working closely as well with local sales teams in 12 countries across Asia, Oceania and North America, Fabian will lead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, tools, activities and client management initiatives to drive sales for the Group's expanding portfolio of over 30 “Pan Pacific” and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts and serviced suites.
A Singaporean, Fabian brings to the Group over a decade of valuable international hospitality sales knowledge and experience. Most recently, Fabian was General Manager, International Markets at Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Co., the largest star rated hotel company in China. In this role, he was dually responsible for managing all Sales & Marketing activities in Jin Jiang's global sales offices and agencies in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan as well as overseeing its hotel business expansion outside of China.
Prior to that, Fabian was Director, Global Sales with The Ascott Limited where he headed the Global Sales team and led a team of sales champions across Europe, Middle East, Asia and Oceania to successfully plan and execute strategic sales activities on key accounts. During his four-year tenure, Fabian was also actively involved in the pre-opening of 14 properties in Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group currently owns and/or manages 18 “Pan Pacific” and 13 PARKROYAL hotels, resorts and serviced suites in Asia, Oceania and North America, with another eight properties in the pipeline.
Following the scheduled launch of the 319-room Pan Pacific Hotel and Serviced Suites Tianjin later this year, the Group is on track to open two more “Pan Pacific” and five more PARKROYAL properties in Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar within the next three years.
