SREE Hotels Acquires the 189-room Courtyard by Marriott Columbia Downtown at USC in South Carolina
Charlotte, North Carolina - July 9, 2014 - SREE Hotels, LLC, a fully integrated hotel development and management company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, today announced the acquisition of the 189-room Courtyard by Marriott Columbia Downtown at USC in Columbia, South Carolina. The new owners plan a four million dollar renovation to upgrade the interior and exterior, as well as integrating the new Courtyard Refreshing Business Decor Package into the lobby area.
