Charlotte, North Carolina - August 20, 2014 - The 196-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Charlotte, North Carolina is scheduled to open later this month. Located at 201 South McDowell Street, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Uptown will be one of the largest Fairfield Inn properties in the Southeast and the third in North America with a full service restaurant and conference center. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by JHM Hotels of Greenville, South Carolina.

Located in vibrant uptown and eight miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the hotel offers guests convenient access to City Center, Charlotte Convention Center and Bank of America Stadium.
