Colleen Pace Named Director of Sales & Marketing of Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in CA

Rancho Mirage, CA - October 6, 2014 - Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Colleen Pace as director of sales & marketing. Pace will oversee all sales & marketing initiatives for the 240-acre oasis resort located in greater Palm Springs in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

A seasoned industry veteran with more than 17 years of experience, Pace joins Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa following a three year position as director of sales & marketing at Colorado's Cheyenne Mountain Resort, where she was recognized last year as "Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year" for Benchmark Hotels & Resorts.

Previously, Pace worked her way from sales manager to director of sales at Garden of the Gods Club, a Destination Hotels & Resorts property in Colorado Springs, Colo. From there she joined Cheyenne Mountain Resort as director of account management before being enticed back by Destination Hotels & Resorts to lead group sales at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colo.

Born in New Jersey and raised in Dryden, N.Y., Pace earned a degree in Hotel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. She is joined in Southern California by her husband, daughter and their German Shorthair Pointer.
