The Alpina Gstaad Offers Guests a Restful Retreat

With higher ion levels that produce purer air, the alpine atmosphere has been proven to have health benefits that aid sleep.

The "Good Night Retreat" features holistic treatments including group sessions of Yoga, meditation and Shiatsu to restore the body's natural balance. Specialized spa treatments range from a healing amethyst wrap, a divine facial to stimulate energy flow and remove tension and the signature Hammam to induce relaxation. Alpine training and Reiki promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stability. Recover from the holiday season. The three-day, two-night retreats will be offered December 5 to 11, 2014 and March 16 to 20, 2015 and start at CHF 3,800 (about US$4,755) in a single Deluxe room. The program is also available as a five-day retreat.
