Two Hotels in The Olympia Management Portfolio Win Conde Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards 2014

Portland, Maine - October 27, 2014 - Two hotels in the portfolio managed by The Olympia Companies, a dynamic privately-owned real estate company specialized in hotel investment, development and management, are recognized in the prestigious Conde Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards 2014. The Alfond Inn in Winter Park, Florida and Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth, Maine were top winners in the 27th annual Readers' Choice Awards 2014.

The Alfond Inn, Winter Park, Florida - The Alfond Inn, the boutique hotel in Winter Park, was named one of the Best Hotels in Florida with an impressive debut at #2 on the short list of winning Florida hotels. Built on leadership values in hospitality, education, philanthropy and the arts, The Alfond Inn opened just over a year ago and is owned by Rollins College, one of the country's most lauded liberal arts colleges.
