Komson Sevatasai Named VP, Sales & Marketing for Paresa Resort in Phuket, Thailand

November 25, 2014 - Paresa is proud to announce to appointment of Komson Sevatasai to the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Komson, originally from Thailand, began his career in tourism and hospitality in 1988 as the Sales & Marketing Officer for Tourism Authority of Thailand in New York. He later moved to Phuket to join Sheraton Grande Laquna Beach Resort in 1992 as Sales Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Sales. In 2000, he became Director of Sales at The Peninsula Bangkok and in 2002 Komson joined Banyan Tree Phuket in the same position and later severed as Regional Marketing Director and opened the iconic Banyan Tree Samui in 2009. Prior to joining Paresa, Komson held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing of The Regent Phuket Cape Panwa.

Komson graduated in 1988 from the Oklahoma City University, U.S.A with a Master's degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Mass Communications. With his international background and wealth of knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Khun Kom is the perfect Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Paresa Phuket.
