.December 30, 2010 - The four-story hotel, owned by Kuser & 130 Associates, LLC, is the 10th Homewood Suites property in the state and features 110 suites. Jared Keating, general manager, and Lori Oberg, director of sales, have been in the hotel industry for a combined 20 years.
