Gainesville, Florida - February 17, 2015 - The 96-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Gainesville, Florida is scheduled to open on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Located at 7451 West Newberry Road, the TownePlace Suites Gainesville Northwest will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Gainesville Investment Lodging, LLP and managed by 3H Group Hotels of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Located five minutes from downtown and 10 miles from the Gainesville Regional Airport, the hotel offers guests convenient access to Tioga Town Center, Haile Plantation and the University of Florida. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
