Wareham, Massachusetts - April 3, 2015 - The 85-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wareham, Massachusetts is scheduled to open tomorrow, April 3, 2015. Located at 50 Rosebrook Place, the TownePlace Suites Wareham Buzzards Bay will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Lafrance Hospitality Company of Westport, Massachusetts.

The hotel and event center were developed through a land lease with the A.D. Makepeace Company, which also plans restaurants, retail, and apartments at the site. The hotel is located on Route 28 at the intersection of I-495 and I-195 and is the landmark building for the development.
