LEVEL Furnished Living Announces Downtown Los Angeles Management and Hospitality Team
LOS ANGELES, CA. - April 16, 2015. With its expansion into the United States, LEVEL Furnished Living - a division of the Vancouver-based Onni Group specializing in luxury, fully furnished, residential-style suites - has named its core management and guest services team for its newest property in Downtown Los Angeles.
In his role as regional vice president of LEVEL Furnished Living, Javier Cepeda leads the opening and overall brand growth strategy for the Downtown Los Angeles development. Overseeing the $200 million, 33-story tower opening this summer 2015 in the city's South Park District, Cepeda keeps a keen eye on industry trends and business news to maintain a strong presence in today's competitive landscape. A veteran of the hospitality industry, Cepeda previously worked in the operations department at both Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Four Seasons Resort Whistler before joining the LEVEL Furnished Living team in 2010. The Colombian born and raised Cepeda is a 2015 recipient of the Tower of Excellence Award for Individual of the Year from the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA).
Colin Daley, joins LEVEL Furnished Living after having spent nearly a decade as an integral part of the sales team at both Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As executive director of sales, Daley leads the sales team to create and execute successful marketing and sales campaigns. A seasoned hospitality professional, Daley brings with him the leadership and experience that inspires his sales team while providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Emilio Padilla, director of operations, joins the LEVEL Furnished Living team having spent the past 15 years in various management and director positions for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Miami, Punta Mita, Jackson Hole, Lana'i, Austin, Philadelphia and Vail. As director of operations, Padilla oversees all hotel operations, including the concierge, housekeeping, front office employees, guest relations and more.
As business development manager, Patrycia Canatan is responsible for generating new corporate business for LEVEL Furnished Living while continually enhancing standing relationships with existing corporate, business and travel industry clients. Canatan brings over 17 years of experience in new business development, corporate partnership negotiation, establishing lasting business relationships and capitalizing on growing market trends to her new position with LEVEL Furnished Living.
Lauren Van Keulen, guest services manager for LEVEL Furnished Living, is responsible for managing all front office operations and assists with hiring, training and leading the LEVEL Furnished Living guest services team. Van Keulen, who graduated as valedictorian with an MBA from Vatel Los Angeles International Business School, returns to Los Angeles after spending the past year in Singapore as general manager at a leading events and management agency.
