New-Build 120-room Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal to Open in 2016 in Spreitenbach, Switzerland

ZURICH, Switzerland. - June 11, 2015. Hilton Worldwide has reached an agreement to introduce its upscale Hilton Garden Inn brand to Spreitenbach, a growing commercial zone located within the greater Zurich area. The new build hotel is expected to welcome its first guests in 2016 and joins Hilton Zurich Airport, which has been trading for more than 40 years.

Hilton Worldwide has signed a franchise agreement with HRMP AG, which will manage the hotel on behalf of real estate owners Immo Invest Partners AG, the company responsible for the Kreuzäcker Master Plan. The project was agreed on 29th May, at a singing event attended by HRMP AG, Hilton Worldwide, and ImmoInvest. Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal will include 120 guest rooms, underground parking, a round-the-clock fitness centre, restaurant and bar. Business guests can take advantage of flexible meetings and board room space. Hilton Garden Inn is well loved by guests around the globe for its upscale amenities, which enable guests to work in comfort, stay fit and relax during their stay.

Hilton Garden Inn Zurich Limmattal will be located less than 20 kilometers from Zurich's exhibition centre, and within 25 kilometers of Zurich Airport, Switzerland's largest transport centre. The hotel will benefit from the planned introduction of the Limmattalbahn - the public train which will include a stop in front of the hotel.
