RLJ Lodging Trust Completes Acquisition of 170-room Homewood Suites Seattle/Lynnwood in WA for 37.9M

BETHESDA, MD .July 22, 2015 - RLJ Lodging Trust (the "Company") (NYSE: RLJ) today announced it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the 170-room Homewood Suites Seattle/Lynnwood in Lynnwood, WA for $37.9 million, or approximately $223,000 per key. The Company funded the acquisition with cash available on its balance sheet.
