Lionstone Development Plans $5 million Renovation for The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour

Miami, FL. July 23, 2015 - Lionstone Development, L.L.C. has expanded its hospitality portfolio to include the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. The development company will invest an additional $5 million to elevate the luxury experience offered at the oceanfront 18-story resort. Plans include adding a new gourmet dining concept, full-service spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. The hotel's new additions will provide a premier travel experience to one of the most sought after luxury destinations in Florida.
