TAIPEI, TA. August 31, 2015 - Regent Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with the esteemed KG Global Development Co. to manage Regent Jakarta - a luxury hotel - and Regent Residences Jakarta in the heart of Indonesia's vibrant capital city. Both are scheduled to be completed by 2018, and are the second hotel plus residences project for Regent after Regent Porto Montenegro. The new property also marks the glorious return of a legendary brand to Jakarta after ten years.

Regent Jakarta will be part of Mangkuluhur City, a mixed-use development comprised of this luxury hotel, serviced residences, and business offices. With 54 rooms and 72 suites, Regent Jakarta also houses three international dining options, a grand ballroom, numerous multifunctional meeting rooms, a spa reminiscent of an exotic resort, a large swimming pool and a well-appointed fitness center. Incorporating local styles into its internationalized designs, Regent Jakarta aims to attract a mix of domestic and international travelers drawn to its prime location and outstanding services and amenities.

The 87 units of Regent Residences Jakarta include three- to four- bedroom units occupying 37 floors. An uber luxury full-floor penthouse with private swimming pool sits atop awaiting those seeking the ultimate indulgence.
