WEST DES MOINES, IA. and MCLEAN, VA. September 16, 2015 - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) announced the opening of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area and Homewood Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area. Both properties are developed and owned by Kinseth Hospitality.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton West Des Moines/SW Mall Area joins the Hampton by Hilton portfolio with 102 rooms and is located at 6160 Mills Civic Parkway. As the latest property to join the upscale, all-suite, extended-stay hotel brand, Homewood Suites West Des Moines/SW Mall Area adds 100 suites that are a combination of studio, one and two bedrooms. The hotel is located at 6220 Stagecoach Drive.

Both properties are located near the business and shopping districts of West Des Moines. Guests can enjoy easy access to Jordan Creek Town Center, Wells Fargo Arena and is near the Hy-Vee Conference Center and Iowa Events Center.
