SPRING, TX. November 5, 2015 - The 128-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Spring, Texas is scheduled to open on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Located at 22814 Holzwarth Road, the all-suite Residence Inn Houston Springwoods Village will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana.
The hotel is located in the new iconic community of Springwoods Village, a 2,000-acre planned community situated just south of The Woodlands and 20 miles north of downtown Houston. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is only 19 miles away. CityPlace, an area within Springwoods Village, is a 60-acre urban district that offers an intelligently planned, sustainable and compelling vision of what a modern mixed-use development can be.
