Cicero's Development Corp. Awarded Renovation Contracts for Residence Inn and Staybridge Suites
PLAINFIELD, IL. JANUARY 13, 2016 - Capping off a strong 2015, Cicero's Development Corp., a property renovation contractor specializing in the hotel industry, announced today that it has been awarded renovation contracts for the Residence Inn by Marriott®, an extended stay hotel located outside of Chicago's Midway Airport, and the Staybridge Suites® in Oklahoma City. The multi-million dollar renovations will total nine floors and more than 240 guest suites. Both are designed to help the hotels continue to rank high in guest satisfaction.
The Residence Inn Chicago Midway Airport will receive a full-scale renovation throughout its five floors, consisting of 132 guest rooms, lobby area and meeting space. Already a top-rated extended stay hotel on TripAdvisor, the Residence Inn's renovation will add to its existing appeal highlighted by its prime location less than two miles from Midway Airport in south suburban Bedford Park. Updates in the guest suites include new paint, carpeting and furniture, along with new wallpaper and artwork throughout the hallways and public areas. The fitness center will also be updated, which is key for extended stay guests.
In the Staybridge Suites, completed in late December, Cicero's re-surfaced the interior of the hotel whirlpool, provided general maintenance repairs to the pool area, and added an outdoor living area complete with soft seating and gas fire pit in the hotel courtyard.
