Hailing from Holland, Vink comes to Harbour Village Beach Club with more than 22 years of industry experience and international influences. In addition to significant time spent at three Michelin One Star restaurants in France, Holland and Spain, Vink's resume also boasts an impressive background as Chef de Cuisine in prominent European hotels and restaurants, such as Hotel Splendid in Le Grau du Roi, France, Attico in Javea, Spain and Villa Da Vinci in Toulouse, France.
