LEXINGTON, KY. June 28, 2016 - Hyatt Regency Lexington -- Southern sophistication tucked in the heart of horse country in downtown Lexington, Ky. - introduces Kelli Hardeman Ellis as the new Business Transient Sales Manager. A seasoned travel management professional, Ellis has extensive sales experience in the industry and will dedicate her talents to bring in key corporate accounts to produce substantial revenue for the hotel as well as focus on the individual business travelers.

Prior to her position at Hyatt Regency Lexington, Ellis served as the Executive Director of a Convention and Visitors Bureau in Ohio and received her certification as a travel agent. Displaying exceptional initiative and passion for the travel industry, she started her own travel agency and booked cruises, tours, leisure and small group business. Her biggest client was RRI, the Tony Robbins Group event attendees. Previously, Ellis worked for the Hyatt Corporation as the Tour and Travel, Gold Passport and Line Programs. Additionally, she has held positions with Delta Air Lines, Inc. where she eventually was named as Delta's Corporate Sales Manager for Travel Agency Sales for Central and Southeast Regions.

As a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Ellis makes an effort to be involved the local community through numerous fundraising events and educational and volunteer programs.
