SUMMERSVILLE, W.V. October 12, 2016 - MBA Hotel Brokers, Inc. announces the successful sale of the Hampton Inn Summersville, WV which was an off- market deal, sold via a Buyer Representation between MBA Hotel Brokers and Brier Properties LLC. The Hampton Inn Summersville has 75 keys, 3 stories, and interior corridors. It was built in 1996 and renovated in 2015.
Aaron Ambler, representing Brier Properties LLC, contacted John Downes, Associate Broker, with MBA Hotel Brokers, Inc., in February 2016. The company, headquartered in Lewisburg, WV, was looking for hotels to add to their existing portfolio, which includes a Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, and Quality Inn, all located in Lewisburg. John Downes arranged a Buyer Representation Agreement via Charles H. Fritsch V, the President of MBA Hotel Brokers and the listing broker licensed in West Virginia.
