Jonathan Tisch to Resume Duties of CEO for Loews Hotels Following Kirk Kinyell's Departure

NEW YORK, N.Y. October 20, 2016 - Loews Hotels announced today that Jonathan M. Tisch will resume the duties of CEO for the Company following the departure of Kirk Kinsell, effective immediately. Mr. Kinsell informed the Company of his decision to resign for personal reasons. Mr. Tisch will continue to serve as Chairman of Loews Hotels and Co-Chairman of the Board for Loews Corporation.
