Waterford Hotel Group Promotes Ali Dezfoli to Director of Operations at HIlton Hartford

WATERFORD, CT. November 30, 2016 - Ali Dezfoli has been promoted to Director of Operations for the 393-room Hilton Hotel in Hartford, CT. Dezfoli will oversee the rooms, food and beverage, engineering and security departments of the hotel, including budgeting, scheduling, associate training and development, inventory, and strict adherence to all Hilton and Waterford Hotel Group standards. Waterford Hotel Group professionally manages the Hilton Hartford.

Dezfoli joins the Hilton Hartford from his most recent positions as Assistant Director of Operations and Director of Rooms at the Marriott Hartford Downtown, also managed by Waterford Hotel Group. Prior to that, he worked at several full service hotels in the Boston area including the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Hotel Commonwealth managing residential, housekeeping and food & beverage operations. Dezfoli holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Management from the University of Tehran.
